Front line sea view studio with breathtaking view from the balcony. Located in the residential complex “Paraiso del Sur”,
the studio offers a double bed, TV, wardrobe, dresser, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The quiet terrace offers amazing views on the Atlantic ocean, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro, as well as lovely
banana plantations in the area.
The studio is very bright, lightly decorated in red, black, white with zen elements. The view from the balcony is stunning.
Our guests can enjoy the sound of the ocean day and night in a very calm atmosphere. Private Wi-fi access available.
The residential complex offers free Wi-Fi connection and 24 hours security in the lobby. Our guests can enjoy free
access to community pool with sun beds and direct access to the beach.
Bed linen and bath towels included.
The complex has 4 lifts and a swimming pool.
Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance)
For arrivals after 22.30 there is a supplement of 20 euros to be paid on arrival.
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for a change of lock.
The apartment is located 11 km from Aqualand and 12 km from Siam Park.
Just 28 km from Tenerife South airport.
Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
There are free parking spaces in the area, there are shops, restaurants,
supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, car rental.
A few minutes walk from Playa El Pinque
The complex's swimming pool is closed for maintenance and improvement works. At the moment, we do not have a confirmed completion date. During this period the reception will also be renovated.
