The property boasts two balconies to relax, in front of the house there is a supermarket and parking space.
The location is convenient near the center but at the same time at an adequate distance to allow a peaceful stay.
A few minutes by car are the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, the Marina Beach, Osalla su Barone and 10 km away is the Cala Liberotto Beach, Cala Ginepro and many others.
Every morning from the Mariana beach the ferry leaves to visit Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Golorizé and the Bue Marino caves.
