The space

Welcome to Southern Comfort! This cabin feels so quaint and cozy and features several amenities, such as a private hot tub and a community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). The location is also hard to beat! It's extremely close to Pigeon Forge's parkway with many shops, restaurants, and attractions about a mile from the cabin.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the cabin, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king bed, foosball table, jetted tub, and private full bathroom.

All linens, including sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and also features a Keurig coffee machine. There is also a small charcoal grill off the front porch.

Parking is available for two vehicles. The driveway is a bit steep, as with most cabins in the area. However, a 4x4 vehicle is only needed (or recommended) during winter months.

Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area has a lot to offer and there is something for everyone! This cabin is conveniently located close to many different attractions.

Guest access

While you're staying here, the cabin will be your private oasis. Make sure to enjoy the hot tub and tranquil ambience from the back porch during your stay! The front porch also features a stunning view of Pigeon Forge's ferris wheel. Or... unplug and unwind while showing off your skills with a game of foosball. Guests can also access the community pool, which is open during the summer months.

While we will not be at the cabin during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We also have a lot of local recommendations to share.

Other things to note

For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive anytime after 4pm and check yourself in. Please put the keys back before checking-out at 11am.

**In general, we require a two-night minimum stay on the weekends. However, please do message us, because we do sometimes make exceptions based on our reservation calendar. We also do not accommodate check in or check out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Other holidays, such as New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day will incur an additional $50 fee per check in or check out day. Payment will be requested after booking and the calendar is left open so stays can be booked over the holidays, so please keep this in mind.**

**Also, please note that during fall and winter months, it is advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to access the cabin. Snow, ice, and other types severe weather may impact your trip. You are encouraged to purchase vacation insurance during these months to avoid any losses or inconveniences. We will notify you as soon as we can if there are safety concerns around accessing the cabin due to severe weather conditions. Additionally, the fireplace is only available for use from October 15th to March 15th..**

**Pet Policy**
**Small dogs less 25 lbs. are allowed with a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet per stay that is collected prior to arrival through a separate payment request. Please note check in details are not provided until payment is submitted. We do make exceptions to the weight limits provided you contact us before booking to get approval. Dogs over 25 lbs. have a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.**
