Nice holidays

the appartement is very well located, clean and shaded, which is important during summer. The only remark we could have for improvement is that there is not so many cooking tools : plates, cutlery, cooking tools for the oven. We enjoyed the week, a nice place to spend holidays.

Regarding your comment on the kitchen equipment, I would like to point out that, for 4 guests we have provided: 4 ladles Set of 6 glasses Set of 18 plates (6 flat, 6 deep, 6 fruit) Set of 6 tea cups with saucers Set of 6 coffee cups with saucers 1 grater 1 Colander Set of 3 jars (Coffee, Sugar, Salt) 2 Moka Caffe (four cups, two cups) 1 Colander 2 Casseroles with Lid 2 pans 4 salad bowls with lids 1 cruet 1 cutlass 1 Bread knife 1 Scissors 1 chopping board 2 Laying pots 1 set of 36 cutlery (6 steak knives, 6 standard knives, 6 forks, 6 spoons, 6 tea spoons, 6 coffee spoons) 2 tablecloths 1 corkscrew 1 bottle opener 1 can opener 1 napkin holder 2 cutlery holders 2 potholders 1 Milk warmer 1 Induction disk 1 As regards specifically the equipment for cooking with the oven, in Italy it is now commonly used to use disposable, recyclable and more hygienic baking trays and baking paper. PERFETTO

Fin dal primo contatto con il proprietario ho capito che potevamo contare su di lui per ogni bisogno. Appartamento conforme alla descrizione dell'annuncio, su misura per noi due adulti e tre bimbi di 10/7/4 anni, tutto funzionante nessuna sorpresa, doccetta esterna comoda come lavapiedi o residui di sabbia per i giochi dei bambini. Si puo parcheggiare sulla strada a fondo chiuso davanti l'appartamento ma in assenza è molto utile il parcheggio personale con cancello a chiave(3 minuti a piedi) Vicinissimo alle giostre, al porto e mercaro settimanale, 5 minuti dal centro. Bus navetta a 100 metri per i lidi o il centro quasi indispensabile con i bimbi. Il Signor Ferruccio persona squisita è il perfetto salentino che merita un grande ringraziamento e se dovessimo tornare Residence Caicco tutta la vita.
