Beautiful Villa a few steps from the sea

I offer you in Porto Cesareo, 10 meters from the beach, detached villa, ground floor with green space on the back and large front space. (2 cars can be parked safely). The house has a large lounge with air conditioning; breakfast nook; kitchen ; kitchenette and open bathroom; 2 bedrooms, one with attached bathroom; in the lounge there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. A short distance away there are all the services (supermarkets, butchers, bars, tobacconists, etc.), to reach the center just walk a wooden walkway on the beach and in five minutes you will have arrived, so the car is not necessary to use it. Just 100 meters away you will find the "Salento in Bus" stop which can take you to all the wonderful cities in the province of Lecce (Gallipoli, Otranto. Santa Maria di Leuca etc. )

Casa all'insegna della comodità

La casa della signora Tecla ha il pregio di essere spaziosa in ogni suo locale, molto luminosa e di trovarsi in un'ottima posizione: a meno di cento passi (contati!) si hanno i piedi nello splendido mare di Porto Cesareo. La passeggiata serale nel cuore della cittadina è d'obbligo, perchè il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti e merita di essere girato per bene. Nessun disguido da segnalare, nè da parte della mia famiglia nè da parte di quella dei nostri amici, tutti con bambini al seguito e soddisfatti della vacanza.

Un buon soggiorno

Chiarisco subito la mia valutazione complessiva da 4 stelle che per un posto così turistico il Comune fa poco per la cura delle spiagge che ha, preferivo più pulizia e doccie per potersi togliere il sale e la sabbia ( almeno dalla parte di dove mi trovavo) per il resto tutto ok la casa è ben arredata e comodissima, la signora Tecla e disponibilissima ha qualsiasi vostra esigenza e cordiale, che dire solo grazie e un arrivederci

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e davvero ben attrezzata. L'unica pecca almeno per noi è stata che la spiaggia vicina non rispecchiava le nostre aspettative del Salento, sporca e fondale melmoso. Ci siamo sempre spostati in altre spiagge.

Non è più la località che ricordavo. Paese trascurato, spiagge inenarrabili. Per avere qualcosa di decente bisogna spostarsi a Torre Lapillo ( chiaramente tutto a pagamento). L’appartamento lasciamo perdere... nota positiva la posizione.

LA VILLETTA DELLA SIG.RA TECLA, E' DAVVERO ADORABILE , E CI SI SENTE COME A CASA PROPRIA. E' EVIDENTE CHE NON SI TRATTA DI UNA SEMPLICE "CASA PER FERIE", MA INVECE DI UNA BELLA ABITAZIONE CURATA E DOTATA DI OGNI COMFORT. LE CAMERE SONO MOLTO SPAZIOSE E FRESCHE, ANCHE CON IL CALDO DI QUESTA TORRIDA ESTATE 2015. IL SALONE E' ADDIRITTURA DOTATO DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA, CHE CI E' STATA DI GRANDE REFRIGERIO. I BAGNI ( 2 VERI BAGNI ATTREZZATI CON DOCCIA) SONO DI GRANDE UTILITA', COME PURE LA DOCCIA ESTERNA SUL RETRO. LA POSIZIONE E' STRATEGICA , DI FRONTE ALL'AREA MARINA PROTETTA DI PORTO CESAREO, IN UNA ZONA TRANQUILLA E FREQUENTATA QUASI SOLO DA RESIDENTI. IN OGNI CASO, E' FACILE RAGGIUNGERE IN AUTO TUTTE LE VICINE LOCALITA' MARINE PIU' NOTE (PORTO SELVAGGIO, SPIAGGIA TABU' O PUNTA PROSCIUTTO ECC. ECC.) bella villa ,bel mare!!!!

la villa è molto confortevole e pulita,ha un grande spazio esterno che consente di soggiornare all'aperto nelle ore più fresche.il mare è a due passi ed il paese si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti .effettivamente si può fare a meno dell,auto perché i beni di prima necessità si trovano nei pressi della villa.nel complesso la nostra vacanza è stata ottima.

Per dirla in breve è stato un soggiorno da favola. Con la spiaggia libera a soli 50 mt da casa andare al mare, senza l'utilizzo dell'auto, è stato a dir poco rilassante. Anche spostarsi più a nord ( a soli 2 km) alla ricerca di incantevoli spiagge libere e non, con rinomati stabilimenti balneari, o più a sud nell'incontaminata costa di Porto Selvaggio è un'esperienza che non capita tutti gli anni. La casa - climatizzata - situata all'interno di una villa, è accogliente pulita, ben tenuta, attrezzata. Il giardino sicuro per i nostri figli. E' situata in una posizione molto silenziosa, a pochi metri si può trovare la macelleria, la pescheria, il market, diversi ristoranti, e pizzerie, Se a questo aggiungiamo la cordialità dei signori... beh che dire! si riparte a malincuore e con una gran voglia di tornare. La cucina tipica locale si è rivelata da sogno…

Accogliente e davvero bella

Sono stata in vacanza in questa villetta con amici, davvero spaziosa come si vede in foto, proprietaria e la famiglia molto molto gentili e accoglienti! Siamo stati veramente bene ed era a due passi da mare, comoda e bella come casa! La consiglio vivamente a chiunque anche a gruppi di ragazzi come noi!

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa splendida villa lo scorso anno, nel mese di luglio. Eravamo due famiglie, in totale 10 persone, che dire una casa davvero comoda, spaziosa. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari che al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto uno squisito vassoio di pasticciotti (dolce tipico del luogo). La casa ha un ampio giardini, due camere da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina con un altro letto. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di porte quindi ognuno ha i suoi spazi. La casa è a due passi dal centro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle migliori spiagge. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, di sicuro ritorneremmo. Un saluto alla signora Tecla.
