House of 75m² with floor, sunny located in a quiet area, offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay at any time of the year 300m from a cycle track and 15 minutes from the village center.
The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen, living room, living room and a bathroom with WC, overlooking a walled courtyard.
Upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Two parking spaces inside the property.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility to rent linen.

Superb property in a great location

The property provides a wonderful base to explore the beautiful Île de Ré. The house was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing break. Highly recommended.

Lovely relaxing holiday

The property was very nice, private and in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village. We mainly cycled once we had arrived, the property has a secure courtyard in which we could park our car and securely keep our bikes whilst staying at the property. It was a 5 min cycle to the centre of La Flotte and about a 10-15min easy walk. We enjoyed the location of the property as we could easily cycle to the villages of La Flotte and St Martin de re (approx 15mins on bikes). We would definitely recommend the property and hope to return soon.
