Stunning, Luxury Villa With Private Heatable Pool and Garden

This splendid villa, set in lawn gardens on the Sesmarias side of Carvoeiro, has loveley views over Monchique and the Country side. It is situated within 5 minutes walk of a Mini mercado, some local Restaurants, Cafés and bars (and the prestigious 'BonBon' Restaurant). The villa is close to the Championship 18 hole Pinta and Gramacho golf courses with driving range and the tennis courts at the Carvoeiro Clube. Just a few minutes drive to Carvoeiro with lots of Restaurants, Bars and pretty beaches of Carvoeiro and Caneiros. The villa has a large lounge with dining area and patio doors leading onto the breakfast terrace overlooking the pool, free to air TV and IPTV available and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with cooker, Iron, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Airconditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the lounge. The pool is heatable (extra charge). There is a pool side BBQ with seating Maid service is provided twice per week. The jacuzzi on the pool terrace has been replaced by a new one in summer 2019.

Nice location. Property quite big and beds were comfortable. Down sides were there was underwear and clothing found left in drawers and hot tub wasn't in use but still charged for it. Great for kids, they loved the pool

Das Haus ist schön. Wichtigstes Kriterium war für die Auswahl des Hauses war für uns der beheizte Pool da wir uns der WinterTemperaturen an der Algarve bewusst waren. Leider stimmte die Angabe der Agentur auf unsere Nachfrage vorab, dass das Wasser 28 Grad erreichen kann (je nach Wetter, und wir hatten für den Winter optimale Temperaturen) nicht und wir hatten 16-max.18 Grad im Pool. Das war eine Enttäuschung, auch wenn wir dann problemlos eine Erstattung dafür bekommen haben. Eine Poolabdeckung lag leider kaputt hinter einer Mauer. -Antwort auf unsere Beschwerde erst nach 4 Tagen, aber gut, es war Weihnachten. Whirlpool war warm! Die Algarve im Winter schön ...

Ein tolles Haus, perfekte Erholung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es entsprach alles der Beschreibung und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr netten und freundlichen Empfang durch David. Stefanie hat alle unsere Fragen sofort, kompetent und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen und ist sehr sauber. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und konnte sich frei um das Haus bewegen. Der Pool ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sesmarias im März 2024

Sehr gut waren die Bemühungen der Agentur, namentlich durch Frau Zickler. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, es tropfte z.T. durch die Wohnzimmerdecke und die Invasion der Ameisen in und am Haus waren nur begrenzt ein zu dämmen. Dt Programme im SAT TV nur ohne Ton und nach Erneuerung des Internet Router hatten wir W-lan, aber Dt. TV über Internet mit permanenten Abbrüchen. Fairer Weise muss man festhalten, das im Angebot auch kein Dt. TV angeboten wurde. Highlight für unsere Enkel war der beheizte Pool und der Jacuzzi.

Franchement une maison au top. Tres bien située, plein de plage pas loin. Plusieurs supermarché à côté pour les courses. Maison très spacieuse. Très bien entretenue propre, piscine grande. On a meme eu un petit necessaire d'arriver dans le frigo. Seul inconvénient pas assez de lumiere sur la terasse pour pouvoir manger dehors le soir. Mais sinon rien à dire. 30 min du zoomarine pour les familles. 20 min du parc de sable. 40 min de faro ou albufeira. Et la propriétaire est facilement joignable. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison très bien équipée pour passer de bons moments en famille. Dommage que la 4e chambre ne soit pas dans la maison mais accessible par le jardin.

Dans votre cas avec 5 petits enfants, il est sûrement préférable d'avoir toutes les chambres ensemble dans la maison, mais la description des chambres indique qu'il s'agit d'une chambre avec salle de bains avec une entrée séparée . A really nice villa and pool in a quiet area. Everything was kept clean and tidy and there was more than enough space for our family of 4. We would certainly look to come here again.

Alles toll, bis auf das leider der Whirlpool defekt war. Grandios war die Temperatur des Pools, durch das buchen der Poolheizung. Wirklich empfehlenswert, da der Atlantik sehr kalt ist.

Simply stunning!

We are a family of 5. Children's ages range from 6 to 11. We arrived late in the evening and David met us with the keys. They had also very kindly left some essentials for us (bread, water, fruit) which was a lovely touch. The house is fabulous. Very spacious. The 3 bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Needless to say the pool was the main attraction for our kids. It's was heated and was just lovely to get into. We couldn't fault the house in any way. There is a few small shops/restauant (Donatos) locally but we drove everywhere. Donatos was very good with very friendly staff. Overall a brilliant spot.

Sehr schöne Villa, zentral gelegen

Villa entsprach der Beschreibung, sehr schön, wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und hatten genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht.Der Pool ist traumhaft, die Klimaanlage war im Preis enthalten und auf Anfrage hatten wir in einem Teil des Gartens auch WLAN. Küchenausstattung war alles da, was man so braucht. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu gehen, sehr leckere frische Brötchen, Aldi & Co sind mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Praia Caneiros ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, sehr schöner Strand, zu empfehlen aber unbedingt Praia Marinah oder der Strand in Ferragudo Praia Grande. Lagos ist ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Aura entfernt, auf jeden Fall besuchen! Tagesausflug nach Sarges bzw. Cabo Sao Vincente ca. 1 Std. Fahrt und Lissabon ca. 3 Stunden. Wenn man in Deutschland ein Auto gemietet hat, bitte beachten, es fallen vor Ort Autobahngebühren an.
