In Latina you will discover a lot of plazas and squares that are like a treasure. The best known is certainly La Cebada, but it is worthwhile to get away and find others such as La Paja, Humilladero, San Andrés or Puerta Cerrada. In addition this area is known for its great atmosphere, as it is the quintessential neighborhood of canes and terraces. Just a few steps from the royal palace, near the classic restaurant "Casa Lucio", very popular among tourists from all over the world, for its tradition and their famous "starry eggs of Lucio”. Also, the restaurant" El botín ", known as the oldest restaurant in the world.
Next to the apartment you will find El Rastro, an open-air market that is held on Sundays and holidays in the historic center of Madrid, in the popular neighborhood of la Latina. It is a market with more than 400 years of history in which you can find both everyday objects and curious gadgets, all wrapped in a lively atmosphere. In addition to the San Miguel Market, it shows gastronomic for tourists where they will wear the most outstanding dishes of Spanish cuisine. Next to the San Miguel market, you will find the Plaza Mayor, the most traditional square in Madrid.

During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.

Hot water and loud evenings

Great apartment but beware of it being very noisy at the weekends - bar / nightclub goes on until 5 am and can be heard throughout the apartment. Water for showers - not enough for the number in the house

A quiet spot in a lively city

Despite the peeling paint on some walls, the place is beautiful and effort has been taken over furnishings and design. The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice wide breakfast bar to sit at. The showers are a bit on the small side but do the job. The apartment is in a mostly quiet street but the front room does get some noise at the weekend. The thing we loved most, apart from the comfort of the apartment, was that a minute's walk round the corner and you were in the middle of La Latina district with everything you could ever wish for; all the hustle and bustle of Madrid. The metro and buses are easy and frequent. Madrid is also a great walking city. We would most definitely return to this location.

In the heart of Madrid

This lovely roomy apartment is close to the Plaza Mayor and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Near a great market for fresh fruit, veggies, meat and fish. Easy walking distance to the major museums and sights.
