Simple holiday house to enjoy your holidays in one of the best beaches of the Costa Brava.The house is situated in a very quiet residential area. In the centre of the residential area you will find a community swimming pool belonging to the restaurant el Trull which can be accessed by paying a daily or weekly fee (for more information contact the restaurant directly), restaurants and diving school.

Distance to the beach on foot (path + stairs) approx.1000 m; by car 2650 m.Walking distance to Lloret de Mar (20 minutes walking distance).

The house disposes of:
LIVING - DINING ROOMPleasant living-dining-room with large window and direct exit to terrace area. Satellite TV.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, gas cooker and oven, fridge with freezer and coffee machine (Melitta).

BEDROOM:
Bedroom 1: Double with twin beds
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with the possibility to join together.The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, blankets and pillows.
Optional rental of sheets and towels.The house can be occupied by an extra person (extra bed) at extra cost.

BATHROOM:
1 bathroom with bathtub.

OUTSIDE:
Terrace with garden furniture, sunny with unobstructed views.
Parking area in front of the house.

Due to the tranquillity of the area, groups of young people are not allowed.The property reserves the right of admission.Extra services on request

The house is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km from the romantic fishing village of Tossa de Mar. Steep coastline and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains and forests.

In the centre of the urbanisation Cala Canyelles there is a restaurant, bar, communal swimming pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Yacht club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities, beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent, car rental, horse riding, excursion tickets and nearby several golf courses and pitch and putt courses.

Arrival must be between 16:00 and 19:00. Arrival outside these hours must be notified in advance.The keys will be handed over in our office located in Ronda Europa street nº5 - Cala Canyelles-Lloret de Mar. Here the registration and payment will be formalised, as well as giving you all the necessary details and indications.Departure must take place before 10:00.

On departure, the house must be handed over in the same conditions as it was found: basic cleaning, clean and tidy crockery in the cupboards, deposit the rubbish in its corresponding bags and leave it at the door outside the house. If it is not in this state, an extra service charge will be applied which will be deducted from the deposit.
