Duplex house of about 40 sqm inside a complex of holiday houses, For 2 people. Ground Floor: Living room and kitchenette with Wi Fi. First Floor: double bed, Bathroom with shower.

Guests can use a shared swimming pool with Wi Fi and a common area with Wi Fi. Bed sheets and towels are for included. Pets not allowed.

Farm located in the town of Capranica very well connected thanks to the Strada Cassia, bus and train to reach Rome, Viterbo, Lake Vico, Lake Bracciano and Tarquinia.
