Our holiday apartment for rent Villa Stavica is very spacious - 173 sqm - and it's for 8 persons.
It's new and a little bit luxurious. There are 3 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms and 1 separated WC.
In one big space there are kitchen area, dinning area and living room. From this space you can go outside to the spacious pool area and large garden with fields and forests (about 5000 sqm).
The pool is enough big - 10 x 5 meters - about 50 sqm.
In the garden you can play games on the grass, table-tennis, etc.
In the front of the house there is parking for 4 cars.
The house is equipped with all that you need for your rest.
The nature around is beautiful, good for walking, jogging or bicycling routes.
