Large and comfortable apartment in a quiet area, not far from the center and the sea (about 10 minutes on foot). Convenient to shops and supermarkets. The living area offers sea view completed by a splendid and large terrace, overlooking the gulf and Portofino.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds overlooking the terrace, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, the well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub.
Another wonderful terrace, from which to enjoy a unique panorama, is accessible via a spiral staircase, from the terrace of the apartment itself.

Perfect location for Ligurian coast holiday

We had a great few days at this perfectly located, large, appointed unit! A short walk from the station and town centre - and across the road from the cable car. The unit was spacious with a great balcony and had its own lift to get you up the hill. Highly recommended and trail Rapallo is a lovely town

Fantastic Family Trip of a life time !

This was the most wonderful place in Liguria to spend a three generation gathering, The Sea on The Terrace was such a bonus with specular views!! We wish we’d come sooner and stayed longer!! The Hosts were so very accommodating. “ We will be back!”

Great location, gorgeous views!

Loved being out of the tourist zone and easy walk from train station and port. Enjoyed the views of both the sea and the hills from the patio. Beautiful both day and night. Our personal funicular was the best surprise. Only wish was more updated mattress! Otherwise excellent.

Nice flat with view over the ocean. Cleaning when we arrived was poor, bathrooms clean. Outside furniture were broken and flowers on the terras dead with cigarette butts in it.

Beautiful stay in Rapallo

My sister and I stayed for 16 days and enjoyed our experience here. The apartment was quite comfortable overall, but had a few items of deferred maintenance like a cracked countertop in the bathroom and some walls that could use a bit of paint touch up. However, the view and the balcony were so good that we didn’t mind the small interior flaws. Elisabetta and her team were absolutely WONDERFUL and responded to questions immediately when we contacted them. They helped us to know some excellent places to visit in town and even arranged for a taxi on our final day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!

Amazing terrace!

This apartment was amazing. We stayed in Rapallo for two nights. The apartment itself was very clean with a stunning view of the mountain side and the ocean. There are many windows and doors, once opened you get a lovely breeze! We appreciated the fact that there were two bathrooms and a washing machine with a drying rack outside. The elevator and lift from the street below were helpful as this place is on a hill top. The boardwalk is only about a 15 minute walk away. We had a rental car and parked it in a garage that was about a 15-20 min walk away, after offloading our luggage at the entrance (the drive up to the building itself is a little tight, but doable) We would stay here again.

Tired condo with a great view

Disappointed in the access to the unit. Very high and only available by lift to the street in a less desirable area. The unit was for 6 people but lacked kitchen supplies for 6. No shower curtain in the bath with a tub. Other bathroom very small. Terrace furniture was lacking. Did not look like the pictures and awning was broken. View was beautiful.

Wunderbarer Blick, leider nicht alles rausgeholt.

Wir haben für zwei Wochen das Apartment gebucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist zweifelsohne unbeschreiblich toll. Das Apartment insgesamt sauber und ordentlich und Elisabetta eine sehr liebenswerte und engagierte Gastgeberin. Leider wird aus der sehr schönen Terrasse wenig rausgeholt. Plastikmobiliar, vertrocknete Pflanzen (eine haben wir versucht zu retten) und die Terrasse nicht gesäubert, was wir dann selbst gemacht haben. Leider war auf die Markise defekt, was uns die Gastgeberin zu Beginn des Reiseantritts mitteilte und einen kleinen Preisnachlass gab. Das führte dazu, dass die Wohnung untertags nicht von aussen abgedunkelt werden könnte und die Wärme auch staute. Wir wussten um die Tatsache, dass wir ein Apartment ohne Klimaanlage gebucht hatten, leider war es bei 36°Grad dann nicht mehr auszuhalten. Auch die Ventilatoren, die bereitgestellt wurden, halfen leider nichts. Zwei Bäder, eine Waschmaschine: eine super Ausstattung, auch wenn die Badewanne und die Anlagen etwas gebraucht aussahen. Insgesamt: wir lieben Italien, das Essen, die Menschen, das Feeling am Meer - der Aufenthalt hat das weiterhin bestätigt. Etwas mehr Invest in dieses sehr lukrative Apartment mit derartiger Lage würde aber nicht schaden. Danke trotzdem für den schönen Urlaub!

Fabulous Apartment w/ Exceptional View

Before you even walk into this lovely apartment with the most amazing terrace & views you are met by Elisabetta. She is efficient, on time & extremely easy to reach. When you let her know of your arrival time she is waiting with a smile outside the building. She will help with any concerns you may have. The apartment is on the top of the hill there is a private funicular/ lift to take you to the street, making it a short 8 min Walk to the train station & a 13 minute walk to the center of town & it’s lovely promenade. Don’t miss the Thursday market. If you are a spa fan The Grand Bristol has the most luxurious spa. From Rapallo it’s easy to get to Vernazza - the cinque terras- Zoagl, Genova and almost anywhere by train. An easy train ride from Milan airport. Definitely a stay you will remember long after you’ve left.

Most of the issues we had were out of anyone’s control, so it is difficult to rate this place. We had THREE separate Uber issues trying to get from Nice to Rapallo and finally had to take a train most of the way. When I finally was able to let the property manager know our situation and late arrival time she said that would not work and we would have to get somewhere else to stay. My wife found and booked a hotel. Then the manager texted me and said we could come. We were now out $350 for the hotel (non refundable because it was last minute) OR out the VRBO payment. We appreciated her meeting us so we stuck with VRBO. The next morning we got up to shower and there was no hot water. We also discovered the Wi-Fi did not work (to be fair, Wi-Fi was not an amenity listed). We had no hot water the entire stay. Apparently road work nearby knocked out internet and hot water for the building. The property manager responded to these issues but it was out of her control so that was that. In summary, our stay at this property was not an enjoyable one. However, to be fair, most of these problems were just bad luck. The actual property is as described and the views are beautiful. We ended up making the best of it spending the day in Manarola and the evening in Portofino. Both not too far away by train/taxi.

Best property and views in Rapallo

A beautiful property with amazing views. Well situated within walking distance to town, waterfront and train station. If you have heavy suitcases I suggest a taxi from the train station otherwise it is walking distance. Could not ask for better communication with Maria, Elisabetta and Enrico who welcomed us at the property . Will definitely recommend this property to all my friends. The little care package provided along with the best linen was really appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

Magical Ligurian holiday

Staying in this apartment in Rapallo captures the essence of the beauty of the Italian riviera. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Able to see all the way to Portofino. Perfect place to stay when planning to explore Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo. Enjoy living like the locals. Convenient location to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Only 35 to 55 mins train ride to Genova. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The host, Elisabetta, was fantastic and helpful. Made our stay very comfortable. Grazie mille Elisabetta.

Appartamento luminoso e spazioso...vicino al centro e facilitato l'accesso alla strada grazie all'ascensore e posto macchina assolutamente necessario. La terrazza è bellissima con vista mare♡. La casa è attrezzata di tutto se ci fosse stato il microonde sarebbe stato un valore aggiunto. Comunque nel complesso l'appartamento è bellissimo...ci torneremo magari in una stagione meno calda...la camera matrimoniale effettivamente è calda.
