Sleeps 6 comfortably-1 queen bed and one single bed in open concept loft bedroom. Large daybed sleeps 2 in common area with pull out single trundle bed on wheels. Can sleep 8 if needed with large sectional sofa can sleep 2.
You will absolutely fall in love with the deck entertainment space ! Also don't forget to take some much needed time to relax and soak up the sun while watching the tides turn right in front of your eyes.

There is a comfy queen bed in the open concept loft bedroom with a single bed on wheels that can be moved to main floor if needed. Down stairs there is a open concept kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a comfy large day bed that will sleep two and a trundle single bed on wheels that pulls out to be placed anywhere. Cottage easily sleeps 6.

From the property you can see Two Islands,Five Islands, and Partriage Island. Looking towards Partridge Island you can also see Cape Split and Cape Sharpe. Something extremely special to our property is daily sunrises on the ocean playground around 6am that will take your breath away. As well as the evening sunset from the backyard looking over Partridge Island is magical with hues in the sky of pink,blues,purple and yellow.

Why they chose this property
Our Cottage is located in a quiet cottage country neighborhood on a private road. Very little traffic daily. You can easily allow your kids to play in the yard-use their bikes on the dirt road facing the ocean view. Dogs can stay off leash if able and lay on the deck to soak up the sun.
