With open-plan living area which includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and opens to a patio and swimming pool area, it is carefully designed around your comfort.
Upstairs are 3 good size bedrooms of which double bedroom shares sea view and pool view balcony with twin bedroom. On this floor are also en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and family bathroom with bath.
A large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen area offers amazing panoramic sea views and it is the perfect place for late afternoon cocktail.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and modern. Plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers. Used the washing machine and dishwasher a couple of times. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop at night watching the sunset. Villa was 20 minute walk into town centre but was a hike back up the hill to get back. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Weisse Villa mit eigenem Pool

Das geräumige Haus auf 3 Ebenen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern liegt in einer Ferienanlage auf dem Hügel mit Weitblick aufs Meer. Die Beschreibung trifft es auf den Punkt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Jetzt im Winter sinid die wunderschönen Marmorböden sehr kalt, man sollten Hausschuhe mitnehmen. Das Haus ist für die etwas wärmere Jahreszeit ideal und bietet durch dei 3 Etagen immer genau das, was man braucht. Sonne, Schatten, Pool, Terrasse, ausreichend Sitz- und Schlafgelegenheiten für 6 Personen, einfach ideal.Danke auch an Maria für die hervorragende und schnelle Kommunikation über whattsapp.

The previous people that stayed there were very dirty, giving the cleaners less time and more work to do. We we allowed for entrance to the house after 19.00 rathen than 16.00. Overall because we stayed to the same complex several times i would say its the perfect location and definetelly we will stay again, thanks .

it was better than expected!!

Very comfy villa. Suitable for six people. The pool was clean and had a very good size . There is a lot of space outside for chilling and specific place for barbecue!! The interior design of the house is really nice and prety much is new. Is about 3 min from the centre of Ayia Napa with car!! We will book in the near future for sure!!
