This stunning home is in the heart of Five Points, in East Nashville Tn. Wrap around front porch and fenced in back yard. My home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a large gourmet kitchen. It has multiple fireplaces and gleaming hardwood floors throughout the house. We are within walking distance to nice restaurants, music venues and much more. Uber and Lyft accessible and only 5 minutes to Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone, The Ryman and downtown. This home offers everything and more for a wonderful stay in Nashville!

1 st time in Nashville.

The captains quarters was better than my expectations.Close to many attractions but far enough away from downtown to have a peaceful stay, actually spent more time at the house other than a scheduled 2 day concert.I would definitely stay there again and absolutely recommend it to anyone else.

Short Uber to almost everything in the city House was clean and access was made easy by the owner We came in for the Bills vs Titans game and this location was very convenient for the game Great property !

Great location to stay at for a visit to party in Nashville. 5 minute Uber to Broadway and a small neighborhood bar district around corner from house. Plenty of rooms and comfortable. Will definitely be back soon

Awesome Experience!

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean and had plenty of sleeping space. Communication was timely and effective. The drive to downtown was only 10 minutes and about $8 for an Uber. There are also fun resteraunts and bars nearby. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

This was a great place to stay...it was close to and offered so many places to go within walking distance. The Uber ride to downtown where all the fun is was 6.00! Well stocked with supplies and towels that we did not have to go out and buy anything. There were 9 of us that stayed in the house and we had plenty of room to sleep which is what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this home to those searching for a great place to stay.

Great place and great location!

I rented this place for a girls weekend and everyone LOVED this house! It fit 10 girls comfortably and we enjoyed having different rooms to congregate in. This place is even more adorable in person - would definitely recommend. Also, being in the Five Point neighborhood was great because there was a steady stream of passerby's but it was never crowded. It wasn't noisy at night, either. Loved being in walking distance of some restaurants and boutiques as well as a short drive (<15 minutes) to downtown Nashville. Parking was easy, too.

Location, Location, Location

This was by far the coolest VRBO we have stayed in. The location is less than 100 yards away from local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, live music, yoga studios, and the list goes on. We walked every morning to grab coffee and bring it back to sit on the amazing front porch. It was the little things that made this experience great. The comfortable rocking chairs, the Bluetooth lights with speakers built in allowed us to sit and talk with light music in the background. The neighborhood feels safe and everyone was extremely friendly. The house was amazing and you could feel the history walking in. This home Is on our return visit list for sure. - Anthony

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

This was a perfect stay for our family for Thanksgiving! There was plenty of room for the eight of us, the kitchen was a dream to cook in and prepare a holiday meal, there are a lot of great restaurants and stores within walking distance, and Jimmy was really responsive to any questions we had. Great house

Wonderful clean house in an awesome location. Five points has some great little bars. Sit on the deck at night and listen to bands playing at the bars. The house is beautiful. Lots of rollaway beds if needed. Awesome neighborhood to walk in.

Beautiful American Craftsman house located in 5 Points. Hang out in East Nashville or walk/ride DT.

Very nice house with lots to do nearby. Five minute drive to Shelby golf course. We walked to downtown and ride share back. Loved sitting on the front porch as folks strolled by.

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Quarters! This home is charming and spacious and located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of walk to venues from coffee to bars to pubs and nightclubs. This is a wonderful home for a family or groups of friends, but I wouldn’t stay as couples as there are no private bedrooms. Nice quiet area though great walk to venues a short Uber ride gets you all over Nashville. We highly recommend Jeff at Joyride for golf cart ride tour of Nashville. We definitely would recommend Captains Quarters. We did have an issue with the heat/Air and James quickly corrected. Thank you, James, for your hospitality, Kim, Linda, Kelly, Cindy & Ruth
