For the (rare) rainy days, the house has a TV and a fireplace in the living room, which can also be used for barbecue, as well as a spacious covered part of the terrace with an armchair and table for 4 people. The two single beds and the double bed are ideal for families, in addition to a parking that belongs only to the house.

Wir hatten zwei erholsame und unternehmungslustige Wochen in dem schönen Lavahaus, das der sehr nette Vermieter Raúl toll restauriert hat. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders toll war die große Terrasse, von der wir manchmal Delfine gesehen haben. Ein Teil ist überdacht, was bei Regen oder Sonne praktisch war. Es gibt keine Mücken und Wespen, aber viele Eidechsen und ab halb zehn haben wir uns über die Rufe der Gelbschnabelsturmtaucher gefreut. Viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge von Reiten, über Schnorcheln, Whalewatching, Picobesteigung und wandern haben wir unternommen. Es gibt in der Nähe einen schönen Lavapool zum Schwimmen, fusslaeufig ist ein Restaurant mit tollem Meerblick, in der Nähe ein netter Bäcker und im Ort ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterhalb hat er ein zweites Haus, so dass zwei Familien prima zusammen die Ferien verbringen können. Auf der großen Terrasse der Casa Alicia gibt es wirklich viel Platz. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Praktisch ist auch die Waschmaschine. Ohne Auto geht es aber nicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Das ruhig am Hang gelegene, stilvoll renovierte altes Häuschen aus dunklem Naturstein mit Blick auf Garten und Meer ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und gemütlichen Abenden auf der
Terrasse. Im nahe gelegenen Hafen von Lajes gibt es jede Menge Attraktionen rund ums Meer. Das Hochland lockt mit tollen Wanderungen
Wunderschönes großzügiges Haus mit großer Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und üppiger Botanik. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen wieder! Nochmals lieben Dank für alles!
We really enjoy the location of the house , the nature around, the private garden with amazing view. Susi was amazing host who told us a lot of history about the house and architecture. Strongly recommend especially for someone who loves nature
