Large and bright apartment with a large balcony with Incredible panoramic sea views of the riviera from the front of the apartment and Mountain views from the back. The apartment sits above the beautiful Piazza of porta Nizza and overlooks the sea.
The Apartment was originally Part of the medieval walls of the old town of Ventimiglia Alta and the Top floor of My grandfathers Hotel "hotel Molinari in the 1950s.
The apartment has been newly refurbished but much of the furniture remains from its time as a hotel.

Wir waren im August da und haben sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind von nizza mit dem Zug angereist, der Bahnhof liegt auf der anderen Seite der Brücke im Tal und die Wohnung liegt auf dem Berg, d.h. sie sollten gut zu Fuß sein. Ein kleiner supermarkt für die täglichen Dinge liegt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich und der Balkon phantastisch. Zum Sandstrand muss man auch wieder einen kleinen Fußmarsch absolvieren, aber das lohnt sich sehr, kristallklares wasser und sehr sauber. Rundum ein toller Urlaub!

Schöne große Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und das tollste ist der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer.

Schöne Wohnung mit dem besten Blick
Die Wohnung war toll und der hlick atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch super und alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn uns was gefehlt hat. Die Unterkunft hat zu dem perfekten Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Wir waren schon viele Male in Ligurien in Urlaub.
Dieser war besonders schön und erholsam
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, der unglaubliche Blick auf das Meer und der tolle Balkon, hat uns überwältigt.
Zu jeder Tageszeit ein unglaubliches Erlebnis
Manche Dinge müssen noch in der Wohnung optimiert werden, dies haben wir mit dem sehr netten Mieter persönlich besprochen
Besonders zu erwähnen ist Angelo, der Verwalter der Wohnung. Er war immer sehr nett und hilfreich
Er hat jedes Anliegen von uns sofort umgesetzt und war immer zur Stelle,
Der Vermieter selbst wohnt nicht in Italien, aber war telefonisch und per Mail auch immer für uns zu erreichen
Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und nett.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und haben die Wohnung schon im privaten Kreis weiter empfohlen
