Fantastische Aussicht

Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses ist perfekt und die Aussicht fantastisch. Alle bekannten Ferienorte sind gut erreichbar. Auch StrĂ€nde waren gut. Lediglich ein paar kleine Renovationen wĂ€ren im Haus nötig, ansonsten bietet es aber alles, was es fĂŒr tolle Ferien braucht.

Paradise mit EinschrÀnkungen

Eines vorneweg: die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Latte und auf das Meer ist tatsĂ€chlich phantastisch. Auch der Garten mit den alten OlivenbĂ€umen ist toll. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch, dass das Haus sehr sauber ist. Was uns den Urlaubsspass etwas verdorben hat, ist die Tatsache, dass im und am Haus einiges renoviert, repariert oder ersetzt werden sollte. (unbrauchbare Markise, defekte BackofentĂŒre, kaputte Kochtöpfe usw.)

Superschöner Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht. Wohnung 2-stöckig mit toller Aufteilung. Oben Balkon, unten Terrasse mit Zugang zum Pool. Achtung: Nicht fĂŒr Personen mit Gehbehinderung. Sowohl in/um die Wohnung, als auch in der gesamten Umgebung durch die Hanglage viele Treppen! Badegelegenheiten in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Meistens Kiesstrand, unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Hervorragender privater Kontakt zum Vermieter. In der NĂ€he: Monaco und Nizza. Jederzeit gerne wieder, war super!!!

sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort, tolle Aussicht,NÀhe eines Parks, Dusche leider schlecht zu handhaben,trotzdem jederzeit wieder.Wir waren Ende Oktober da und bekamen noch ein paar schöne Tage mit.

Schöne Auszeit mit Blick aufs Meer

Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Nutzung des Pools war leider nicht möglich, unbedingt nachfragen. Die Wohnung ist ĂŒbrigens fĂŒr Fans der Eisenbahn sehr zu empfehlen, grins F.und S. aus Berlin
