Fantastic and a wonderful time in this apartment

It was a fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, what a beautiful area. We were warmly welcomed, so hospitable. The apartment was exactly to our taste, we really enjoyed it. The location was perfect, close to the beach. We will definitely come back.

Vrbo didn't provide the exact property address, so it was hard to find the building. Property manager was slow in replying to texts, but upon arrival she greeted us warmly outside the building with keys and parking instructions. The apartment/location are excellent, although the sea/beach is not visible from the balcony. It is, however, a short walking distance to the sea, charcuterie/boucherie, and grocery Carrefour City. Location is short drive to Menton, Vintimiglia, Monaco and other beautiful villages. We would not hesitate to return to this location.

L’appartement est très propre et super fonctionnel ainsi que bien équipé (surtout la cuisine). La proximité des commerces de la plage et de la gare est exceptionnelle. La literie était un peu dure pour mon fils, mais c’est une question de goût. En tout un appartement à y revenir et à recommander.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Roquebrune Cap Martin dans l'appartement de MME Roche. Il est très bien situé et très agréable. Il est traversant ce qui permet de faire des courants d'air. Il est très bien équipé et à deux minutes de la plages. Petit plus on voit la mer du balcon (un petit bout mais c'est déjà très très appréciable). Nous avons également rencontré Zohra pour la remise des clés. Elle est d'une extrême gentillesse et joignable très facilement. Nous conseillons cet appartement dans lequel nous n'hésiterons pas é revenir si nous passons à nouveau dans cette magnifique région. L'arrêt des cars est en bas de l'immeuble pour aller à Monaco.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du bord de mer et de toutes les commodités. Pas besoin de voiture ! Nous avons été gentiment accueilli par Zohra et trouvé un appartement très propre et fonctionnel. L'installation de double vitrage serait un plus pour mieux insonoriser l'appartement.

Super propre , fonctionnel , confortable

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de 4 blocs d'appartements , entre lesquels se trouvent des espaces verts (pelouses , arbres) aucune nuisance de ce côté les pelouses étant interdites aux jeux. Des emplacements de parking sont prévus , avec sécurité à clés. En 5' sont accessibles : la plage, boucherie , épicerie , boulangerie , arrêt de certains bus , gare de Carnolès. Le centre de menton se trouve à 2kms. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif qui en est fait dans l'annonce : fonctionnel , confortable , bien équipé en matériel et accessoires , literie très confortable; a noter la super propreté . Living spacieux , grande salle de bain avec douche italienne , WC indépendant. Le balcon avant (living) est très agréable donnant sur l'espace vert cité plus avant. A noter que à l'arrière de l'appartement se trouve une école primaire mais ce qui n'est pas dérangeant en période de vacances et même pas trop dérangeant hors période scolaire (comme nous) un peu de bruit à la rentrée le matin et aux récréations. Petit point d'attention, il n'y a pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain , il faut donc se munir d'une allonge adaptée à vos appareils (rasoir , sèche cheveux …) . En résumé , nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour dans cette location que nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement. Merci aux propriétaires de présenter une location dans cet état impeccable.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle région. Il y a de très belles balades et de superbes paysages. La location est très spacieuse, lumineuse. Il a été très appréciable de pouvoir aller à la place avec les enfants à pieds en même pas 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
