Excellent studio

Great location, quiet due to being on the back of the building, but beach and boulevard right on the front doorstep. Everything true to the description and the decoration was lovely. Kind hostess who made us feel very welcome. A safe parking place for our car. Close to the train station for visits to Menton, Nice, Monaco. Washing machine came in handy with our beach gear. Netflix on the TV was appreciated. All in all a great experience. Would come again!

Superbe appartement

L’appartement est très propre et beau. Tous les appareils nécessaires sont disponibles, comme à la maison. Nous avons bien été accueillis par la propriétaire, elle est très gentille. L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, juste en face de la plage. Une des choses des plus importantes pour nous est qu’il y a un parking privé et sécurisé. Encore un grand merci et j’espère nous revoir.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Bonne literie, logement bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage. afin de compléter l'équipement de la cuisine, une poêle serait la bienvenue :)

Front de mer

Sandy et sa maman sont très sympathique et disponible, merci à elles pour leur accueil. La proximité avec la mer en traversant juste la route. La propreté du studio. Le canapé lit confortable. En gros l'appartement fonctionnel. Cependant, selon moi, il manque la clim indispensable pendant les periodes de forte chaleur, je note également l'effort de la propriétaire qui a commandé un appareil de ventilation haut de gamme mais qui est tombé sur un site frauduleux :( Dommage aussi je suis arrivée à une période où il y a des travaux qui n'ont pas été annoncé avant la location.

Super séjour à Roquebrune !

Je vous recommande ce charmant studio à Roquebrune Cap Martin, dans un immeuble très bien placé, face à la mer, et proche de toutes commodités… et surtout à côté du meilleur glacier de la Côte d’Azur !!! Nous avons, ma fille et moi, passez un agréable séjour chez Sandy. Elle et sa maman, Nadia, ont été aux petits soins ! Un grand merci à toutes les deux!

Studio très sympa, très bien situé, très très bon accueil, très bons échanges avec la propriétaire, qui s’est inquiétée de savoir si tout se passait bien pour nous. Avons apprécié le couchage neuf, manque malgré tout d’accessoires cuisine pour un confort maximal (grillé pain, bouilloire, vaisselle (3 petites cuillères pour 2)…) Mais il ne manquait rien d’indispensable. Nous recommanderons cette location à 100%.

Semplicemente perfetto

È la soluzione ideale per chi ama vivere il mare, trascorre giornate all’aperto e tornare in un appartamento che è una piccola bomboniera, dotato di ogni confort e accorgimento. Ben tenuto, arredato con gusto e semplice da gestire. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato. Ringrazio Sandy per la dolcezza e cortesia dimostrate, a lei il merito di averci suggerito passeggiate indimenticabili e calette degne di un piccolo paradiso. E ora ci godiamo l’ultima giornata di mare❤️

Superbe appartement qui a tout pour plaire. Il est très propre, lumineux et tout le nécessaire y est et de qualité. La terrasse donne sur une vue dégagée et sur le jardin de la copropriété. Il est donc au calme ce qui est fort appréciable en été car pas de bruit de voiture ou autre.... Il est très bien placé et la plage est située just'en bas de la résidence. Pas besoin de son véhicule pour se déplacer. D'ailleurs il y a une place de parking privée qui est proposée avec l'appartement. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, très bien agencé, fonctionnel et vraiment très agréable à vivre. Il est au calme, on profite de la terrasse en toute sérénité. Il y a une place de parking privée ce qui est vraiment un plus. Rien ne manque. De plus la propriétaire est très sympathique.

Una estancia inolvidable.

Desde el primer momento de la llegada, el trato y la simpatía de Nadia, la madre de Karine, la propietaria, hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Además de su amabilidad, nos dio consejos muy útiles. El estudio está estupendamente situado y cuidado. Tan solo, señalar que la canícula hizo que pasáramos un poquito de calor, porque el ventilador no daba abasto. Nuestra semana en la preciosa Costa Azul ha sido magnífica. Muchísimas gracias por ayudar a llevarnos tantos recuerdos imborrables. Paco y Teresa, desde Zaragoza.
