POSITIONING: FANTASTIC ((as only 2 km from MONTECARLO)) .... principality famous throughout the world, where the individuals are the richest in the world, dream car, (a daily basis you will see Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Pagani Zonda, Ferrari, Lamborghini, AstonMartin, Mc laren, AudiR8 Yacht fairytale, not that prices of property of millions and millions of euros.
LOCATION LOCATION: FANTASTIC ((EXCELLENT SEA VIEW)) the residence is 100 meters above sea level, 5 minutes walk, or about 250 meters of walking distance (descent / ascent) from the sea, so with excellent SEA VIEW . The residence has apartments with sea view, and many others no ', the one in question is WITH EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEW. (and is on the 4th floor, the highest of its building) the best, with elevator.
BUILDING: POOR ((Good maintenance, in line with the date of construction of the building, 1983)) THE building is in trè lots, close together, but independent, each with 4 floors, with stairs and elevator. (There is a library room, table tennis, a small gym room, but opsolit equipment, a solarium terrace, a room with professional machines, laundry, coin laundry.) there is a non-large outdoor pool, but there is. The pool according to the weather conditions, is open from May to the end of September.
CLEANING: GOOD + ((Nell 'apartment are effectual cleaning a few hours before your arrival. You are asked to leave it in good condition, as you found it, obligated by 30 € at the reception they will do the cleaning of the residence staff at the end of your stay. )) during the stay if you want the cleaning (like hotel every day) ask the cost at the reception.
FURNISHINGS: ((minimalist furniture)) spartan, simple, but very clean, from 1983. Definitely the weak point of the residence. But more than offset by the points above and below listed.
