Cozy apartment for rent less than a hundred meters from the beach, completely renovated in 2012, for 4/6 people.The apartment consists of 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, a living room, an independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a nice balcony overlooking the pine forest. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, and is very convenient to shops, restaurants and means of transport (taxis and buses). Lo único que podemos decir acerca del apartamento es que al menos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba. Nos encontramos el apartamento sucio con el suelo lleno de arena. El frigorífico situado en el salón hacía un ruido horroroso. La televisión había que resintonizarla cada 10 min. La policía acudió de madrugada un par de veces porque los vecinos tenían peleas constantes a altas horas de la madrugada. Entiendo que el apartamento sea algo de paso y disfrutes de las playas de Formentera pero es que te daban ganas de dormir en la calle. Lo peor de todo, las cucarachas que salían cada noche a pasear por el apartamento. En 7 días tuvimos que eliminar 8 cucarachas tamaño grande. Estamos completamente desencantados con la estancia. Nada recomendable para familias. No se nos ocurriría volver a repetir experiencia. Como último apunto, cero sensación de seguridad con el portal el edificio siempre abierto y la puerta del apartamento con ninguna consistencia. Un horror todo.

abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto, appartamento molto bello al centro di es pujols, poco rumoroso dotato di ogni comfort e aria condizionata dato il periodo molto caldo della stagione. adatto per coppie e famiglie, a pochi metri dalla fermata bus, taxi e supermercati sotto casa. alla prossima!

Molto soddisfatta. L' appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio. A due passi dal mare, vicino a locali e ristoranti ma nonostante questo di notte non si sentiono rumori e a circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus. Noi eravamo in 5 adulti e siamo stati bene.

Logisticamente molto ben posizionato. Seppur posizionato nella via centrale che porta all' uscita da es pujol, devo ammettere che nn si sento particolari rumori. Appartamento pulito e ben presentato. Appartamento adeguato al bisogno del cliente che ricerca questa metà di vacanza. Accoglienza check in and check out molto professionale e puntuale. Tutto perfetto come da indicazioni ricevute al momento della conferma. Proprietà e gestore di massima serietà. OTTIMA POSIZIONE IDEALE PER 4 PERSONE

L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, la posizione è perfetta, al centro di Espujols e vicinissima a tutti i locali e discoteche.Noi eravamo 6 persone e forse l'unico problema era lo spazio. per 4 persone è ideale.

L'appartamento è carino e luminoso, avrebbe solo bisogno di una rinfrescata (imbiancata alle pareti) per renderlo ancor più accogliente, ma immagino che essendo fine stagione estiva, il passaggio di tanti ospiti abbia contribuito in modo negativo al mantenimento delle pareti bianche... Il letto nella stanza matrimoniale è comodo e lo spazio per riporre i vestiti sufficiente. La fornitura delle stoviglie in cucina è discretamente completa anche se non nuovissima. Il bagno è dotato di doccia comoda. La posizione è indubbiamente strategica per avere a portata di mano tutti i servizi necessari. Proprio sotto all'appartamento c'è un minimarket che vende anche i tickets x traghetto ibiza scontati.
