This apartment and the building were completely renovated in 2019. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people (4 adults). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, a spacious and bright living room, with access to the balcony overlooking the sea, and an American kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The price includes all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 50 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

Tolle Lage, 100 m zu 2 schönen Stränden, aber...

Was uns gefallen hat: - tolle Lage - toller Balkon - 2 schöne Bäder - geschmackvoll und prsktisch eingerichtete Wohnung - Preis/Leistung aber doch teuer. Lage kostet! Was uns nicht so gefallen hat: - keine Spülmaschine, stattdessen aber eine gute Waschmaschine! - die tolle Lage bedeutet auch, dass man sehr zentral wohnt. Wir hatten "leider" ein Festwochenende erwischt, d.h. laute Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens vom nahe gelegenen Festplatz und der Pizzeria nebenan. Das Haus ist leider vom Treppenhaus her sehr hellhörig. unter der Woche war es weitgehend ruhig.
