Bungalow of 90 m2 for 4 people, waterfront, infinite beach, with private pool, located in the south of the island, only 25 minutes from the One Eye Kitesurf school in Le Morne, 3 minutes Vortex and riding center.
Recent construction, feet in the water, in a modern style with all comfort and total privacy. Breathtaking view of the beautiful Riambel beach and its sunsets.
Modern bungalow with two air-conditioned bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, 1 sofa bed in air-conditioned living room for 1 additional person (not included); a well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, large terrace and barbecue, water filter, Nespresso machine, alarm, TV in the bedrooms and in the lounge (TNT channels), wifi, safe, Music docking station and daily services of a cleaning lady who does the washing and ironing also, 3 hrs / days from Monday to Sunday.
Massage at home and stove possible with supplement on site.

Auf dem großen Grundstück befindet sich eine Villa und zwei Chalets, jeweils mit Pool und Zugang zum schönen, weitläufigen Naturstrand durch jeweils ein Zauntor. Wohl weil wir den französischen Begriff "Chalet" höherwertig eingeschätzt hatten, waren wir zunächst etwas enttäuscht von unserem Chalet Kestrel. Zwar war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings hatten wir eben nicht mit einem ziemlich einfachen, kleinen Haus gerechnet. Nach Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin machte uns die Verwalterin daher dann den Vorschlag, dass wir nach drei Tagen im Chalet für einen relativ geringen Aufpreis für die restlichen Tage unseres Aufenthalts in die dann freie Villa ("Antema") wechseln können. Und dort war dann Luxus pur angesagt, riesige Räume, top ausgestattet. Wir waren glücklich und sind der Eigentümerin Dominique total dankbar, dass sie uns den Wechsel ermöglicht hat.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die besondere Atmosphäre unseres großen Grundstücks mit direktem Zugang zum Naturstrand genießen konnten und dass Ihnen Ihr Aufenthalt letztendlich so gut gefallen hat.
Das Chalet Kestrel entspricht tatsächlich dem, was man auf Mauritius unter einem „Chalet“ oder „Bungalow“ versteht: ein gemütliches, funktionales und bewusst einfach gehaltenes Haus in direkter Strandnähe – genau abgestimmt auf das entsprechende Preisniveau. Viele unserer Gäste schätzen gerade diese entspannte, charmante und naturnahe Atmosphäre sehr.
Unsere Villa Antema hingegen ist – wie Sie richtig beschrieben haben – eine ganz andere Kategorie, sowohl in Bezug auf Größe, Ausstattung als auch Preis.
Wir freuen uns, dass wir Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts kurzfristig einen Wechsel ermöglichen konnten und dass Sie die Zeit in der Villa so genießen konnten. Solche Lösungen sind jedoch immer von der Verfügbarkeit abhängig und bleiben eine Ausnahme.
Umso schöner ist es zu hören, dass Sie beide Unterkünfte auf ihre jeweils eigene Art schätzen konnten.
