The accommodation features five spacious bedrooms, with the option of a sixth bedroom upon request. The majority of the rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. On the ground level, you'll find a luxurious king-sized bedroom with a walk-in dressing area and en-suite shower room, a cosy twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and a comfortable double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps.



Heading to the lower level, you'll discover two more double bedrooms, both equipped with bedside tables, lamps, and fitted wardrobes. One of these bedrooms boasts an en-suite shower room, while the other has an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a room with bunk beds and an office desk, suitable for accommodating two children if needed. Please note that this room connects to two other bedrooms and should only be used with an understanding of the layout.



The accommodation offers four well-appointed bath/shower rooms, each designed for utmost comfort and convenience. These include en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom with an oval bath and handheld shower, and another en-suite bathroom with a large bath and shower over.



The kitchen and dining area are designed for both functionality and style. The modern fitted teak kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the necessary amenities, such as an electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a separate terrace with comfortable wicker seating, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The air-conditioned dining area features a spacious wooden table and chairs, accommodating up to 10 people, and offers a pleasant view of the gated pool area through large picture windows.



The living room exudes comfort, furnished with leather sofas and a 60-inch TV equipped with a satellite system, including BBC/ITV and Spanish TV with language options. Air conditioning keeps the room pleasant, and the large picture windows provide delightful views of the swimming pool and gardens. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.



For those seeking some leisurely fun, the lower level features a generous games room with a pool table and foosball. Comfy leather sofas add to the relaxed atmosphere, providing an ideal space to unwind and enjoy some entertainment.



The exterior of the property is equally inviting. The swimming pool is encircled by volcanic walls and surrounded by mature gardens. Wooden sunbeds with covers offer a comfortable spot to soak up the sun, while the gated area ensures safety.
