La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, in pieno centro, in zona pedonale, a due passi da ristoranti, bar e negozi, da Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia e dalle Rive. Le finestre danno su una graziosa piazzetta e guardano verso il colle di S. Giusto. Fantastico per visitare Trieste. Il letto è comodo. Basterebbe ben poco per renderlo perfetto: la luce centrale in soggiorno è fioca, la cappa sul piano cottura non funziona, nè per la luce nè per l'aspiratore. L'unico tavolino è minuscolo. Non ci sono coltelli da cucina nè un coltello per il pane nè una grattugia. Del tutto assenti i detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie e per pulire la casa. Assente qualsiasi condimento a parte un pacco di sale. Un vero peccato.
