A few steps from the lively Campo di Santa Maria Formosa, the apartment is strategically located for visiting the historic center of Venice. The neighborhood is alive, full of shops, typical restaurants (not only tourist), cafes and all the main services such as ATMs, pharmacies, public transport stops. From the nearby Piazza San Marco you can board one of the boats to reach Giudecca / Lido; while from the convenient Rialto stop (on the Grand Canal) you will easily reach S. Lucia.

- from San Marco / San Zaccaria: Line 1: Lido // Line 2 or Line B to: Giudecca
- from Hospital: Line 4 or Line B: for Murano
- from Ponte di Rialto: Line 1 or Line 2 to Santa Lucia station

SELF CHECK-IN AFTER 20.00:
In case of arrival after 20.00, the Keyholder will contact you to communicate the CODE with which you can easily access the building and the apartment. You will find a video intercom with keyboard to enter the CODE.
In this case, identity documents will be requested from you the day after arrival.

All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid on the spot in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.
