About this property

The accommodation consists of the first and second floors of a house located on the second line on Avenue Saint Maurice in Palavas. The house benefits from a magnificent sea view and 50 m access to the beach. This beach is not very busy, even in the middle of summer, because parking spaces are rare on this avenue. There is parking for one car in the courtyard of the house with charger for electric cars.
The house has just been completely renovated in a “seaside vacation” spirit.
The upper floor includes a large living space with a living room and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a large 32m2 terrace with a clear view of the sea. The lower floor includes 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
The living room and each bedroom have independent air conditioning.

The village of Palavas is located 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Several local shops are within walking distance. The airport is located 15 minutes away by car. Montpellier Sud de France train station is located 20 minutes by car. The Golf de la Grande Motte is located 15 minutes by car.

Excellent sejour

Très belle maison, parfaitement équipé. Literies et salles de bain confortables. Belle déco. Nous sommes venus travailler la semaine mais la terrasse avec la vue matinale sur la mer nous a bien dépaysé.

Parfait !

Maison très récemment rénovée avec goût, très agréable et offrant un excellent confort pour 8 personnes avec au premier niveau 4 grandes chambres très lumineuses dont deux suites parentales et une troisième salle de bains pour les deux autres chambres .Au niveau supérieur une grande pièce de vie très bien agencée entre un grand salon et cuisine partagés ouvrants sur une grande terrasse qui offre un beau panorama sur la mer à 50 mètres. Un très beau mobilier agrémente encore davantage la prestation et la sensation de confort . L’avantage aussi d’être en léger retrait par rapport à la mer avec un peu de calme par rapport au front de mer . Franchement idéal pour 8 personnes tout confort . Qqs commerces non loin de là et le centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pied . Accueil parfait et disponible , aucun équipement ne manque. J’ai beau chercher je ne vois rien de négatif, y reviendrons les yeux fermés. En somme : parfait !
