Magnifique vue

Magnifique séjour dans cette charmante maison. La vue du salon est vraiment merveilleuse. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour, même en cas de pluie (Ping pong!) . Je mets 4 étoiles car le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé (beaucoup de poussières) . Séjour « presque » parfait :)

Super Lage, altes Haus mit "Charme"

Die Lage des Haus ist einfach grandios und macht die Kleinigkeiten die vielleicht nicht ganz so gut sind wieder wett. Man befindet sich direct am Strand und nur ein paar Meter von der nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäcker entfernt. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz und viel Ausrüstung um sich im Meer auszutoben. Es ist aber leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Beinhaltet aber alles was man braucht (Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen). Es ist leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, so dass man Wohl oder Übel in warmen Nächten die Stechmücken reinlassen muss. Trotzdem ein super Urlaub gehabt.

Schönes kleines Haus direkt am Strand.

Das Haus liegt schön und direkt am Strand wie auf den Fotos. Die Ankunft war total unproblematisch, denn wir konnten mit dem Verwalter telefonisch unsere Ankunft kurzzeitig sogar verschieben. Sonst ist im Haus alles da was man braucht, man sollte in der kühleren Jahreszeit bedenken das das Gas für die Heizung gesondert abgerechnet wird! Was auch nicht erwähnt wurde, es sind eine ganze Menge Strand und Badesachen im riesigen Keller(von Taucherbrille über Luftmatratze bis hin zum Surfbrett);-) Parken kann man, falls man mit dem Auto kommt, sehr gut auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Das Haus mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern ist für 6 Personen zu empfehlen. Wir vergeben 5 Sterne und verbleiben mit Grüßen Fam. Komarek

Très bonne location.

La maison est spacieuse . En ce qui nous concerne , le 1er luxe dans une location , c'est l'espace , et non le moderne et le superflu. Donc , c'est une location qui nous a parfaitement convenu. Le séjour hyper-lumineux , et la vue sur la plage est époustouflante. Hors saison , nous étions tranquille car peu de monde sur la plage . En pleine saison , faut voir. On a beaucoup visité autour ( pic saint Loup , grotte des Demoiselles , Navacelle , Château d'eau de Palavas , lac de Salagou ) . 6 jours , c'est cours. . Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir . Seul petit bémol , qui n'a rien à voir avec la location , ce sont les déjection canines sur la plage . Attention où vous mettez les pieds . C'étaient vraiment des supers Vacances.

Très bonne impression générale-

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale. La description correspondait bien. Nous avons très bien été accueillis et informés La maison est très proche du centre ville avec en plus un petit commerce juste à côté "vival" tenu par une personne fort sympathique. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon ensoleillé donnant sur la mer et à l'abri du vent. Du salon on peut voir aussi bien le lever du soleil que le coucher. Seul petit bémol, il faut prévoir un budget conséquent pour le chauffage. La maison est bien isolée mais grande et haute de plafond. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Encore de très bonnes vacances !

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons cette maison pendant les vacances de la Toussaint et nous sommes toujours aussi heureux de retrouver le cadre exceptionnel que celle-ci offre ! La télévision a été changé récemment ainsi que le canapé et quelques petits sièges autour de la table basse. Cela augmente le confort dans la pièce principale qui permet de contempler la mer. L'accès direct à la plage et la proximité des commerces est toujours aussi appréciable. Nous relouerons très certainement cette maison et nous la conseillons à tous (sauf à des personnes à mobilité réduite en raison de l'escalier à monter pour accéder à l'étage principal).

Maison situation exceptionnelle face à mer

++ : l'accès direct à la plage, le calme tout en étant proche du centre animé, le vaste parking privé, le cachet de la maison - : les casseroles sont effectivement en nombre, mais il serait préférable qu'il y en ait moins, mais de meilleure qualité Recommandable, sans aucun doute.

De très bonnes vacances !

Cette maison est grande et confortable, de plus elle est très bien située. Elle dispose d'un jardin, d'un grand sous-sol et d'un accès direct à la plage ! Plage que l'on voit comme sur la photo ! Cette maison convient parfaitement pour des enfants. L'accueil est chaleureux à l'arrivée.
