Is this really a unit for rent?

I booked online, received a confirmation, and that was about it. No one contacted me with any details and when I tried to contact them once I arrived into Cartagena...nothing! I went to the location and no one at the front desk knew anything about my reservation, which I showed to them. The ad makes this property appear to be within/near the Wall City area, but it's not. Luckily there were other places to stay. Otherwise, it would have been an even bigger mess. I am now in the process of getting my payment refunded. The building is very nice and upscale but way too far from Centro, in my opinion.
