Situated in a quiet residential area with community pool and only 400 meters from one of the coasts best beaches with a vast variety of restaurants and water sport activities. Private parking in a garage is included.The apartment is newly renovated so there are new bathroom/toilet, kitchen, domestic appliances, thermo-windows and air-conditioning in all rooms.The two bedrooms has large built in wardrobes and new Scandinavian quality beds.The apartment is best suited for 4 persons.The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a Nespresso coffee maker. A nice bar area is separating the living room and kitchen, and in the living room you find a dining area for 4 persons, sofa, table and Smart TV where you can enjoy lots of TV channels including English, German and Scandinavian. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fiber 300Mbit) is also included. On the beach promenade below you will find lots of beach restaurants, cafés, bars and a nice cosy atmosphere. Some of the coasts best seafood restaurants can be found in this area.The apartment is situated on a hilltop with fantastic views. Car rental is recommended for shopping etc. The apartment is situated only a 15-minute walk from the Carvajal train station with connections to Málaga airport, Fuengirola and Málaga.
