Large house near water, swimming and scenic areas!

Our house is just a stone's throw from the water and has six bedrooms spread over about 300 m2 (incl. Garage and basement). The large kitchen and living room offer nice living areas. Great view of the water from the upper floor where there is also a balcony with seating for four people. There are two patios in the entrance floor and from the kitchen the sliding doors open to the water and the largest patio, with seating for up to 10 people. Here you can grill and enjoy dinner while watching all the boats passing by.

The garden is quite small but has enough space if you want to play ball and run around. We also have a large trampoline and lots of toys and games for kids (including the Xbox).

Our house is located in Danderyd, a nice suburb of Stockholm. The metro station Mörby city center is close and from there it takes only a quarter to central Stockholm. By car it takes less than 20 minutes from our house to town. Although we are so close to Stockholm, life in Danderyd is very relaxed with nature and the water just inside the house.

Our house is located in a very quiet area and with the water of Edsviken which is connected to the beautiful archipelago in Stockholm, just outside. In our neighborhood there are 2 tennis courts, playground, nice walks and jogging / walking paths. A communal / municipal pool is only about 800 meters away.
