Casa Manzana - A Detached villa located in a quiet residential area only 3 minutes walk to local shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc and within a 5 min drive of the beach

The Villa is set over 2 floors and arranged as two self contained apartments (one on top of the each other) with an external staircase connecting the 2 apartments . Each apartment has 2 bedrooms , a living area a kitchen and a Bathroom

The ground floor apartment (sleeps 3 ) has two bedrooms , (1 Double Bedroom & 1 small single bedroom) A living area, a kitchen and a bathroom with large shower.

The first floor apartment (sleeps 4) , has 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom ) a living area plus conservatory , a kitchen and a bathroom .

Both apartments have air conditioning installed in the main living areas which filer cool air through to the bedrooms There are TV's in both living areas with English satellite channels / DVD player. plus Fiber WIFI Internet installed in both apartments . there is a safe in the ground floor apartment

Outside is a private swimming pool with Poolside dining table and chairs with umbrella, 5 sun beds and a Gas BBQ

New for 2024 - the swimming pool has been refurbished

Location

Los Altos is located approx 50 minute drive from Alicante and a 50 minute drive from Murcia International Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks, this and several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located on a road lined with similar style villas and is just a short stroll (3 minutes) to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.

Family Summer Holiday

All the family enjoyed our two week holiday. The villa was fantastic as well as the nearby facilities. We had a small problem early on but contacted Kerry and the problem was solved very quickly. I would recommend this villa to all. Thanks for a lovely holiday. John & Family

VOOR 3 OUDERE DAMES ( 84 75 en 73)een beetje te ver afgelegen voor boodschappen restaurantjes en terasjes ... Dus steeds met taxi .De woning zelf OK maar jammer maar 1 airco per verdiep ,waarvan deze boven steeds uitviel !!!!Dus puffen geblazen .Niet aan te raden voor oudere mensen en ook niets in de buurt voor kinderen.

Thank god for the pool

Lovely property but the local area is pretty bare there was a couple of little bars but nothing special and there is an Aldi in walking distance other than that there is nothing we couldn’t get a cab anywhere and the bus is only every 2 hours as for the house the box room on the ground floor is actually just a cut off from the lounge with a set of bunk beds that had no side rail on the top bunk and to wobbly to use so my kids put mattresses on the floor for 10 days the Wi-Fi is rubbish and didn’t really work the whole time..the DVD player wouldn’t work and the bbq also didn’t work I think the property it’s self was really nice other than the few minor issues and the outside space and pool was lovely but to stay here you have to have a car for sure

La villa est conforme à la description( les deux appartements ) , nous y avons passé un très bon séjour Grands et petits avons apprécié la piscine qui a été nettoyée régulièrement Quartier très calme , commerces et restaurants à proximité ( il faut cependant être véhiculé) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
