The location of this cabin was absolutely perfect for our family and made it so easy to get out and enjoy the park every day. After full days of adventure it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We loved our stay, loved the location, and will absolutely be back!
The host was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was very clean. The location to Glacier NP was great. Only 10 minutes to the entrance. Bath towels were thick and comfy. Only thing we could have used were a couple of hot pads for the oven.
Super clean cabin just a few miles from West Glacier. Very well stocked. Enjoyed winding down on the front deck every night. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.
We really loved the location and local amenities! So fun to sit outside and watch the stars at night! Beautiful scenery! Was disappointed in the access as the front door lock often didn’t work requiring us to call the host to be let in multiple times. It was a beautiful quiet location but felt the description on VRBO was a little off. All in all I would rate it 4 of 5 stars for tricky lock and property description.
Great place to stay to access the west side of Glacier National Park! Very clean and adequate. Only downside was an uncomfortable bed - otherwise almost perfect.
Super host, couldn't have been easier nor more communicative. The location is immediately outside of Glacier which is amazing. There is a railroad track nearby and a busyt road, so it was not a cabin tucked up in the hills, but the setting is nice and couldn't be more convenient. Speaking of convenient, Glacier Distilling is 1 mile away and there is a general store right across the highway so there are a few things to do, plus a couple restaurants we did nto try and an adventure spree place for kids. The cabin itself is exactly as you see it, it lives up to the pictures. They are fairly new so nice modern construction but the charm is all provided by the decor. The kitchen was reasonable well equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was a little narrow for two and the pillows, oh my those pillows, extra plump. The 2nd night we re-purposed the throw pillows on the sofa to sleep with to save a sore neck from extra grando pillows. That is about my worst criticism. This place suited us perfectly for a base with which to explore the west side of Glacier. Lake McDonald Lodge is about 30 minutes away. I'd stay here again, I'd just figure out the pillow situation first, but maybe I'm a weirdo.
2nd time staying in these cabins. Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. The family taking care of the property is so sweet and polite. Loved watching the hummingbirds and baby birds enjoy all the deck flowers.
Everything was just as advertised at the cowboy cabin. And we enjoyed our stay very much. Tavia was extremely responsive to everyone of our questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend staying here. Only criticism is that the bed is fairly squeaky and noisy other than that it was delightful
