The condo was just as described and very clean when we arrived. I love the ease of using an app for everything and it made communication with management very easy. I’m already looking at other places managed by Gibson in this area for next year so we can try to get one right in the beach. (The walk from Summit is not terrible.) The location was very family friendly and the beaches were beautiful.

What a wonderful family vacation! The condo was amazing!! Upon arrival we found the unit clean and ready for us! The welcome package was an added bonus...the drink holders for the beach were used daily! We walked to the beach and other resort amenities with ease. The option to ride the tram/bus was available but it was a short distance to tennis and the beach! We look forward to returning again!

Very nice and comfortable condo. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony that has 3 cushioned chairs and small table. Condo has a well stocked kitchen, baths have plenty of towels and complimentary bath items, nice king size bed. Rental company left us a small cooler for our cold waters to take out to pool/beach each day. We want to go back!

Our only complaint was with TOPS’L beach rules No complaints with Gibson Rentals that’s why I wouldn’t recommend unit.
