FAQ: How many stairs are there?
-From the private parking area, there are a total of 10 steps down (6, then sidewalk, then 4 down). They can be seen in the photos and do have handrails.
-There is one step-down into the home once you open the door.
-Optionally, there are stairs at the front of the loft that exit directly onto Central Avenue. That stairwell has 20 steps. It is not necessary to use these if stairs are difficult.

Really cool property right in downtown Hot Springs! Easy to walk to dinner, spas and shopping. The host was very friendly! We also drove out to Ouachita Lake Three Sisters Springs and tubed the Ouachita River.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft has a very artists flair and is unique. It was roomy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really liked that we could walk straight out to the main strip to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent Christmas Location

Everything was Perfect the only thing we couldn’t figure out is the Heat vs Cold it seemed like the unit didn’t work in the master bedroom or bathroom but it was no big deal. The location to all the restaurants was 100% on Point we walked everywhere and had so much fun just watching people out on the streets. Beautiful and Cozy Home I would rent again.

A luxurious gem in Hot Springs

This downtown loft is not only beautiful, clean and a great location for Hot Springs, but comes with great service from Richard & Beth. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in Hot Springs after staying at this wonderful find. It is equipped with a chef's kitchen as well as many bedrooms to accomodate your group. Perfect for 3 couples or a fun family group as we had.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and cozy. The owners/hosts are friendly, gracious, and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. Way Cool!

We were celebrating a family birthday with our adult kids and this home exceeded all our expectations! It’s beautifully decorated, really hip, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. You just can’t go wrong here. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and wish we had had more time to explore the art gallery downstairs. We’ll be back!

Fun and Comfortable Loft

This is our second time staying at the property. We love it. Great location in downtown Hot Springs with great restaurants all around. Decor in the loft is so unique and fun and it is stocked with anything you may need for your stay. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
