August Villa Stay

The villa is very smart and the facilities are excellent and the swimming pool an excellent size. Very relaxing stay and a good quiet location but not far to drive to other areas. I would recommend. The only watch out would be electricity costs which are about 850 Baht or 20 GBP 25 USD a day even with careful use ie AC only on at night etc.

Nice Villa with large pool and garden

The villa is located in a really quiet area with a large pool and a nice garden. The outside area is well equipped with good sunbeds, chairs and a lounge sofa. Everything is like on the pictures but a bit older which is not a problem. The villa manager and the housekeeper is really friendly and very helpful. He has booked taxi transferfrom the airport to the villa and a boat trip for us. We can really recommend this accommodation. The next supermarket is just 2 km away and to Chaweng it is just 15 minutes by car.

Beautiful home w Spectacular View

The home was amazing! A couple of things caught us by surprise...the requirement for a cash deposit on arrival was buried in the listing, we hadn't seen it and had to make a last minute scramble for cash. Then the bill for electricity and other services was required to be paid cash and meant we had to find change to pay/check out. Checkout was a scramble before leaving to catch a flight home. Also realize that the property was not very close to anything - walking distance wise. Taxi/Grab was relatively expensive. Otherwise it was a great stay and very comfortable home!

Absolutely incredible!

Baan Apsara was better than we could’ve hoped for. The villa was beautiful, the rooms immaculate, the pool wonderful in the hot weather and the location, and view phenomenal! The communication through the booking process was brilliant, made better when on arrival the manager was waiting for us to go through any questions we had, show us around the property and create a WhatsApp group for any questions we had when we were there. They then arranged for a hire car to be delivered to the property. There was a gentleman come round to clean the pool and outside every morning which was spotless, and the housekeeper, goodness, she was absolutely incredible. Her cooking was amazing, her attention to detail, cleanliness etc, she absolutely made the holiday. We will definitely be back to Baan Apsara. We had the most amazing holiday. One million percent recommend it.
