Welcome to Villa Mariposa, a rustic Mediterranean style gem located in a privileged area of Benissa, Costa Blanca, just a few kilometres from the stunning La Fustera beach.
This villa stands as a perfect retreat, allowing travellers to enjoy the charming towns of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira within a few minutes' drive. These towns offer a wide variety of water activities, cycling, hiking, as well as the opportunity to indulge in the local gastronomy in the numerous restaurants and explore the charming shops.
Villa Mariposa, spread over two floors, invites guests to immerse themselves in its Mediterranean charm. The main floor features a glazed porch, ideal for reading or a pleasant siesta. The living-dining room, decorated in detail, merges with a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The house has three bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other two with a shower, as well as underfloor heating throughout the house and fans to ensure your comfort. There is also a small storage room with washing machine and ironing board.
With four bedrooms, Villa Mariposa can sleep up to eight people. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each.
The outside of the house is an oasis of serenity with a large swimming pool, which offers stunning mountain views. Sun loungers invite you to relax, while the pergola with built-in benches and an open porch with barbecue, bar and a large table for eight people create the perfect setting for al fresco dining.
