Ideal country house for family stay

Family house of 70m² located in the quiet countryside; completely renovated this year. 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the city center, 10 minutes from the palombaggia and santa giulia beaches. 2 to 6 beds, 2 bedrooms + convertible sofa. Very well equipped, private parking space, garden, 30m² terrace, plancha. Sheets rental included. Ideal house for a family stay, the rooms are air conditioned, the kitchen and the bathroom fully equipped, a master bedroom with queen size bed and a children's room with a mezzanine and two single beds.
Storage and work desk, orange TV, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Furnished terrace with garden furniture and children's accessories. Inflatable jacuzzi.
Two niches in the rocks for your pet.
A cleaning fee of 20 € and a deposit of 400 € will be requested upon arrival.
Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 3 p.m., departure at 10 a.m.
Animals are welcome, but in order to avoid any problems, we invite our tenants to not let them lock in the house while they are away, do not let them climb to the parked floors and know that they will be responsible for these. last during their stay.
A deposit check of 400 € as well as an identity document will be required upon your arrival, the check is not cashed.
