We loved the view of the Douro River and Porto from the apartment, which was spacious and modern. The secure parking in the building was great. The location was convenient for the port houses. The center of the old town was an inexpensive Uber or taxi ride away,

Apartment was lovely overall. Nice views and location. However a few things let it down. 2 single beds more suitable for a child. My sister had to use an extra duvet to make it comfier. Usually you are left basic amenities such as a couple of dishwasher tablets, a dishcloth, water/milk, box of dominoes were missing pieces and no hairdryer. I contacted owner about the hairdryer the day we arrived and then again the following day due to lack of amenities. They were quick to respond and they did rectify this but not until after 9pm on our last night so we then didn’t get proper use of these things.
