Could be a nice flat
Nice, quite elegant flat, lots of space, but:
Lits of things missing in the kitchen (no kitchen towels, only 2 wine glasses, coffee machine didnt work,only the very minimum equipment.....)
Nobody cares about the terrace... Would is broken, chairs are dangerous to sit on. No shadow, so you cant use it during day. An umbrella wozld be nice.
