Stone house Malia with garden, BBQ, outdoor shower and bikes

The house "Malia" is a traditional Istrian stone house situated in the center of the village Kastelir. The house was bulit in 1910, and comletly renovated in 2015/2016. The house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor. At your disposal is a back garden, tiled, equipped with a covered summer kitchen with a BBQ, sink, fridge, wooden working surface, large wooden table and benches providing everything you need to fully enjoy your summer evenings. In the garden you can also find a wide range of Mediterranean herbs which you can use in meal preparation. At your disposal are also deck chairs and garden sofas. In front of the house there are private parking spots for house guests. We privide also unlimited Wi-fi. Welcome cyclists to keep their bikes in a safe, vicinity of the bike trails.
