Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Appearance is modern looking. Really close and convenient to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We had a great stay here in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and both of the nearby ocean beaches. It made getting around incredibly easy and gave us tons of options for food and fun.The place itself fit the four of us comfortably, giving us a solid home base after long days outside. We didn’t end up using the pool since there was an extra charge for chairs and cushions, but the beaches were so close and so beautiful that we spent our time there instead.The only challenge was parking — it could be tough to find a spot, especially during busy times — but once we were settled, everything we needed was within walking distance.Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable stay in a lively area, and it worked perfectly for our trip.

Really nice apartment—very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout.The location is ideal, with plenty of bars and shops close by. The pool bar was nice and friendly, offering food and drinks. The only downside is that the pool area is quite small for lounging, and sunbeds come at an extra cost (3 plus 1 for a mattress). It was also frustrating to see some guests pay for their beds and then leave towels on them all day while being elsewhere.Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a very relaxing good time the apartment was well equipped with everything you need plenty of storage very spacious, very clean and in a good location. Well equipped supermarket next door plenty of bars and restaurants around near to beaches too. Pool area very clean can get a little busy and sun beds have to be paid for €3.50 per day will definitely be booking to stay again.
