Vittorio Emanuele & Via Roma Colorful Apartment

Comfortable 90sqm apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the second floor, without elevator, of a building in the historic center, the apartment is located at the intersection of Via V. Emanuele and Via Roma, in the heart of the Arab Norman route declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The structure is located inside the ZTL pay attention to the accesses. It is possible to park at the Pagano garage in Piazza Parlatoio (4min on foot).

The internal space is organized as follows:

FIRST LEVEL:
-BEDROOM: double bed, split A / C, wardrobe, desk and access to the balcony.
-LIVING ROOM: sofa, 50 '' TV, dining table and access to the balcony.
- KITCHEN: 4 burner hob, fridge, oven, microwave and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet and toilet (attention to the internal step)

SECOND LEVEL:
-BEDROOM 1: single bed and small desk.
-BEDROOM 2: double bed, wardrobe.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet and toilet
- KITCHEN: small kitchenette (step to access) with split A / C, sink and two burner hob.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests

If you are traveling with small children, pay attention to the internal flight of stairs and steps.

Cot available on request.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 10 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, at the intersection of the two main arteries of the city: Via Roma and Via Vittorio Emanuele, in the center of the Arab Norman route declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. From the apartment you can reach all the main points of interest admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. The Quattro Canti, crossroads between the Cassaro (Via Vittorio Emanuele) and the Via Maqueda, renowned for the presence of day and night clubs and shops. On foot you can reach Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony of the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking on foot you get lost among the historic Palaces of the Palermo nobility and known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca, Palazzo Mirto, etc. You will feel enveloped by centuries of history: walls, marble, stucco ... Palermo, the most beautiful place to return!

-From Palermo airport it is possible to reach the city center with the Prestia and Comandè shuttle service, stopping at the Central Station of Palermo, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to lines 101/102/124 with the "Roma - Vucciria" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

Palermo Central Station is also reachable thanks to the regional train FS.

By taxi you can reach the apartment in 40 minutes (it may vary according to traffic).

-From Palermo Central Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to lines 101/102/124 with the "Roma - Vucciria" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

If you travel by car, pay attention, the structure is located inside the ZTL.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6, a 4-minute walk from the property.

A member of our Palermo team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:
EUR 15 from 21:30 until 23:00
EUR 20 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee.

During check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax of 1.50 € per person per night will be requested
