The brand new Villa Albatross is perched in a stunning position on the hillside of Sivota enjoying endless views of the Ionian Sea and a unique panoramic view of the traditional fishing village of Sivota, a favorite haven for sailing enthusiasts. The owners of Villa Albatross, Athanasia & Yiannis, have highlighted their passion for Ionian heritage and created a masterpiece with an elegant design that welcomes demanding visitors. The large private land that surrounds the villa, the extensive outdoor terraces combined with the spacious interior create a unique composition for comfort and privacy even for large families and groups. The interior is cool, with bright colors, original works of art and definitely spacious. With a total area of ​​170 square meters spread over two levels, plenty of space for large families and groups is a guarantee. The villa is easily accessible by any type of car, but since the last 1.5 km is a dirt road, a high car (mini SUV type) is recommended.
