Its crisp and modern interior combines coastal simplicity with mod cons, to offer a home away from home to suit your every need. From a quiet family holiday, golf getaway or a convenient base from which to explore the many delights of the Costa del Sol and hinterland.

The south-facing, holiday rental is conveniently situated in the highly desirable beachside complex of las Adelfas in San Pedro Alcantara. The spacious apartment is contemporarily styled with all the creature comforts to make your stay a pleasurable one. Crisp white walls and furniture with simple lines deliver a fresh and streamlined look in the living area. While in the bedrooms, the soft pastel on the walls, the plump simply-made beds and fuss-free accessories make for a serene and restful setting—the perfect antidote to a day of exploring.

The open-plan living & dining room flows through sliding doors to a spacious balcony, encouraging an easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Modern sleek surfaces with integrated appliances, including a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso pods coffee machine create a galley-style kitchen that features a cosy dining nook with a view of la Concha mountain. The property comes with air conditioning, WiFi and IPTV.

The upscale las Adelfas complex is built in Andalucian white-village style and features landscaped gardens with 2 swimming pools with shallow ends. The location is spot on. The main entrance gate opens straight onto the tree lined promenade giving immediate access to loads of eateries and beach bars.

Pool/pool area opening times: From around Easter Holy Week to end of June: 1 pool is open. July - August: 2 pools are open. September to around end of October: 1 pool is open. Between October and Easter no pool is open. Times may vary depending on weather.

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

LOCATION

San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.

Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.

Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.

Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.

For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

Apartment was lovely, well kitted out and perfect location. We hired a car and were only 10/15mins most from all areas of interest. No complaints at all and extremely responsive hosts. Already looking to book next year!

The rental far exceeded expectations
I don't think the photos necessarily do the apartment and the location justice. it has an exceptional pool (2 in peak season) and is pretty much on the beach. The beach itself is ok for relaxing on but is stoney in places. However, the true charm of the beach comes from the fantastic beach side restaurants and bars. (Le pesquera was our favourite for seafood paella 🥘) The Apartment was everything we could have wanted for a small family. Its quite a large apartment with a large balcony. The additional touches like the many kitchen appliances, beach bags, shopping carrier bags, range of TV channels, candles and kitchen equipment showed an insight into what's useful for a stay, and made the experience really simple. The apartment has its own secure car park and is a 5 min drive to supermarketsto San Pedro centre. Around 10-15 mins walk into San Pedroto a range of good restaurants too. overall, it's was a fantastic break and the apartment was a true home from home, thanks to Colleen and Vilma for the great communication throughout and the great welcome!
