In a short drive you have access to the shopping and dining facilities of San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Benahavis as well as the beach, and let’s not forget that La Quinta Golf & Country Club is just a stone’s throw away.
Cloistered in the exclusive gated community of Vega del Colorado below La Quinta Golf, this magnificent home boasts a quiet country setting among sprawling landscaped grounds. With its mansion-like proportions, a large group won’t feel cramped in this 12-bedroom home, which spans nearly 1,000 sqm of living area.
The property has been tastefully renovated and styled, exuding a lovely mix of contemporary luxury and Mediterranean country-house charm. Though the house is on a grand scale, it doesn’t intimidate and is light-drenched and welcoming. Whether you want time together or alone, the house has got you covered, with lots of quiet pockets scattered throughout for downtime.
When it comes to entertaining, you are really spoilt for choice with an array of seating options: massive dining tables indoor and outdoor, and smaller tables for leisurely breakfast under the covered porch. Poolside, there is a thatched gazebo with further seating, a bar and a bathroom. The fully-equipped, including a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, Provençal kitchen with large expanses of bench top, provide plenty of space for nibble platters when it’s time to entertain. Crisp linen and a muted colour scheme evoke a sense of serenity in the bedrooms, which are all fitted with very comfortable beds.
This beautiful Andalusian home checks the list of the demands of discerning holidaymakers: swimming pool (8.5 x 4m, depth at each end: 1-1.75m) with loads of sun loungers, poolside bar, covered areas for relaxing, Large gas BBQ, TV room, Bodega/wine cellar, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, IPTV, pool table and private paddle tennis court.
For stays of 7 nights or more a mid-stay clean of the communal areas only is included (excluding bathrooms and bedrooms)
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.
There are security cameras covering the driveway to the house and the parking area in front of the house.
Within the same land next to the main house but separate from it, there is a garage with an apartment above it, that is used as an office and sometimes by the owner. The main house and this apartment is completely separate and it does not interfere at all with the tranquility or the enjoyment of the property but they share the same entrance drive.
We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.
