Only 2.2 miles from the surf of Ditch Plains Beach and an even shorter 1.8 miles to the quieter Gin Beach and Long Island Sound. This modest and efficient 3 bedroom single story summer cottage is nestled within an acre of land overlooking a peaceful field and a peek of Lake Montauk. There is a feeling of privacy along with wide open East End skies, where deer and rabbits are often seen foraging for fresh greens.
