Enjoy a Beach Cottage that is tucked away on a quiet beach lane. This recently updated beach property is the 3rd house back (just 75 yards) from the sand of Ventura's beautiful State Beaches. It is conveniently located in the Pierpont Beach neighborhood that is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, a market & bakeries, the historic Ventura Pier, three beach parks, and the Ventura Fair Grounds. This cute little house has three bedrooms (one queen size bed, one full size bed, and two twin size beds), a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining room and into the living room. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer as well. In the backyard, there is a dining area, sitting area, gas barbecue, outside shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Out front, there is a single car garage and parking spaces for two more additional cars. Come and enjoy a extended beach stay with the conveniences of home. Perfect setting to relax, decompress and breath in the ocean breeze. Truly a special place to escape. Permit #2282 Home is rented out a minimum of 30 days.

Perfect location

Just a few houses from the beach made it a great location. A walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed a nice hot tub. Property could use some spiffing up but was what I expected for the price and the location. Property owner and management company were very easy to work with and very attentive throughout our stay.

Cozy home in paradise

We spent 9 weeks here in Spring 2022, and loved our stay. The location is amazing - just steps from the beach on a quiet street, close enough to walk downtown (~1.5 miles), and with plenty of restaurants and a grocery just a few streets away. The house was as pictured and clean on arrival. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of pots, pans, cutlery, etc., and a mismatch of some staples (e.g., vinegar, olive oil). There were plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. The garage is also stocked with some body/boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, and a kayak. The furniture is in good condition as well (pro tip - the master bed is a sleep number bed so it can be adjusted if it's too firm/soft for you). The house isn't without some quirks -- for example, there's a single electrical circuit for the whole house, so it's not too difficult to trip it or for the lights to flicker when turning on a hair dryer -- but for us it mostly fell into the category of "quirks of a quaint charming beach cottage" rather than any major annoyances. We just left and already miss it!

Great location!

Great location next to the beach that is perfect for my family of 4. The neighborhood was really quiet with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to Seaward and of course the beach. We will rent the property again if it is available next year.
