This is a special place in a great area. This is an large upstairs unit. There’s a front deck with a beautiful view of the hills to relax and have your morning coffee. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and custom tile. You can see the ocean and island from the dinning room and kitchen. There’s a coin-op laundry room in the backyard. Overall if your looking for a safe, quiet comfortable place then this might be the place for you.
